1. How do I place an order?
- Simply choose your style, size, and any custom options available from the product page, then click the "add to cart" button and proceed to checkout!
2. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, and several other forms of secure payment. Your transaction is completely protected.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and 7-14 business days to ship. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
4. Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Please note that international shipping rates and times vary by destination.
Returns and Exchanges
5. What is your return policy?
- Returns must be received within 14 days from receipt to be eligible for a full refund (not including initial shipping). After 14 days it is only eligible for in store coupon code at the price of the item. Exchanges must be received within 30 days from receipt to be eligible for a full exchange.
6. Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in unworn condition, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered if the product is returned for reasons other than a defect or a misprint.
7. How do I return or exchange an item?
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the appropriate instructions and address to which the product should be sent back.
8. How long does it take to process a return?
- Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.
