This is my unique vision of Mahākāla protector of Dharma, guardian of gateways. Traditionally portrayed in midnight blue, here he emerges in sacred flame, a fusion of feline ferocity and dragon grace, channeling the primordial wrath of protection and transformation.
The Tibetan “AH” rests at his third eye, symbolizing the unborn, undying essence of awareness. Below, the Green Tara mantra invokes mercy amidst fire.
Infused with Japanese aesthetic influences, this piece honors the ancient while forging a new lineage of vision, one that speaks to the mythic beast within us all.
